Choose fabric using the requirements supplied with the pattern. Woven and stretch fabrics behave differently, and stretch direction and recovery affect fit.

Pre-treat fabric as appropriate to its care instructions. For unfamiliar fit or fabric, make a test garment before cutting your final material.
